What happens after “yes”.

A founding wedding is a managed service, not a login handed over with good luck. The signed order form will contain the final scope, date, price, cancellation terms and responsibilities.

   Fit check

   We confirm the date, venue setup, guest count and which parts you actually need.

2. 02
   Build and proof

   You supply approved wording, menus and guest invitation groups. We configure the private experience and you approve it.

3. 03
   Rehearsal

   We test phones, emails, QR artwork, projector format and a full test-to-live change before the day.

4. 04
   Wedding support

   The agreed support window and escalation contact are written into the order form. Venue internet and projector hardware remain venue or couple responsibilities unless included expressly.

5. 05
   Export and close

   You receive the agreed data and photograph export. Guest records then enter the stated deletion schedule.

Founding scope at £395

One wedding, personal setup, RSVP and menu collection, confirmation emails, table finder, live photo wall, QR artwork and one rehearsal. Bespoke design, hardware hire, on-site attendance, bulk guest data cleaning and venue-specific integration are quoted separately.

Payment and cancellation

The commercial draft assumes a 40% booking payment and the balance eight weeks before the wedding. Refund and cancellation bands must be reviewed against UK consumer-contract requirements and written into the signed order form before taking payment.
