Lewis personally prepares the agreed guest journey from your approved details. The £395 founding scope includes personal setup and one remote rehearsal. You still approve the guest information and agree who handles each task on the day.
Venue equipment and operation
A website does not supply a projector, screen, cables, power or a reliable connection. Hardware, travel and on-site operation are separate unless the written scope includes them.

What £395 is intended to include.
The first three 2027 weddings have one clear founding price. The signed order form will confirm the exact features, timetable, responsibilities and any separately quoted work before you pay.
Replies and menu choices
Private guest replies, adult and child menu choices, dietary notes, confirmation emails and an agreed organiser export.
A digital table finder
A private name lookup, your approved room plan and prepared QR artwork for the place where guests arrive.
Guest photo sharing
A private, confirm-before-upload photo room with the chosen moderation setting and a live projector view.
Personal setup and rehearsal
Lewis configures the agreed experience, proofs it with you and runs one remote rehearsal before the wedding.

The useful work is not just making the screens. It is turning the couple’s decisions into something guests and the venue can use, then closing the service carefully after the day.
- Start with the real wedding
The date check covers the venue, likely guest numbers, reply deadline, menu plan, arrival and any projector setup already available.
- Supply and approve the details
The couple supplies approved wording, guest invitation groups, menus, deadlines and table assignments. Lewis prepares the experience and the couple signs off the result.
- Test before guests rely on it
The rehearsal covers phones, email behaviour, QR scans, table matches, the intended projector format and the move from test to live.
- Agree the wedding support window
The order form names the support window, escalation contact and who is responsible for changes after the venue’s final deadline.
- Export and close
The agreed information and photograph export is prepared before guest records and gallery files enter the stated deletion schedule.
What needs a separate decision
Included does not mean unlimited.
Some parts depend on the room, the guest data or the level of support a couple wants. Keeping those outside the headline scope prevents an attractive price from turning into a vague promise.
Venue equipment and connectivity
Projector, screen, cabling, power, internet access and on-site operation remain venue or couple responsibilities unless the written scope says otherwise.
Work beyond the founding setup
Bespoke visual design, hardware hire, on-site attendance, bulk guest-data cleaning and venue-specific integrations are not assumed. If needed, they are discussed and priced separately.
Final commercial terms
Payment timing, cancellation terms, support hours and the final delivery list belong in the signed order form. A date check is only a conversation and does not reserve the wedding.
Privacy and deletion
The couple approves who can access wedding information, what the venue receives and when records are removed. Guest information is not a marketing list.

What is included in the £395 founding price?

Do guests need an app or an account?
No. Guests use an ordinary browser from the private link or QR code supplied for the wedding.
What happens if the venue connection drops?
The projector keeps its last valid photographs through a short interruption while it retries, and the rehearsal covers a locally saved fallback slideshow. The venue or couple remains responsible for the agreed connection and display equipment.
Has Yours, Dearest already run an external customer wedding?
No. The public demonstrations use fictional details, and the first complete family proof event is planned for September 2026. The founding cohort is limited to three external 2027 weddings.
What happens to guest information and photographs?
They are used to operate the booked wedding and prepare the agreed exports. The operating plan then places guest records and gallery files into a 90-day deletion schedule after the wedding.
