About Yours, Dearest

Built personally. Explained plainly.

Yours, Dearest is an independent managed wedding guest service founded and operated by Lewis Mander in the United Kingdom.

Lewis started the first version for his parents’ wedding. He now prepares each agreed guest journey, checks it with the couple and remains the person who answers enquiries and supports the work.

The public demonstrations are working product with fictional details. The first complete family proof event is planned for September 2026.

The person behind the service

Lewis builds it and answers for it.

I started building Yours, Dearest for my parents’ wedding. Replies, menu choices, finding a table and sharing photographs felt more useful as one connected guest journey than as unrelated links and spreadsheets.

I still prepare the service personally. Couples approve the wording and practical details, we proof the important moments together, and one remote rehearsal is included before guests receive the live links.

Questions come directly to me at hello@withyoursdearest.com.

Why it exists

One practical journey, from reply to celebration.

A wedding guest should not need to understand the couple’s collection of forms, files and last-minute changes. The service is designed around the moments the guest actually experiences.

01

Before the day

Private invitations collect attendance, names, menu choices and dietary notes in one guided reply.

02

On arrival

A guest can enter their full name and see only the table assigned to them, without browsing the whole list.

03

During the celebration

Guests can share chosen phone photographs through the private wedding route, with an agreed moderation setting for the live wall.

How the work is handled

Founder-led does not mean improvised.

The product matters, but the value also sits in the preparation and handover around it.

The couple approves the source material

Names, wording, menus, timings and venue information come from the couple and are not treated as final until they approve them.

The key moments are proofed

The reply, table lookup, QR routes, photo sharing and agreed handover are checked before release.

The scope stays written

Hardware, travel, on-site attendance and unusual integrations are not implied. The order form records what is included and who owns each wedding-day responsibility.

What is ready, and what still needs a rehearsal?

Lewis is responsible for the preparation and handover. These are the current limits of the evidence, so you can judge the service before enquiring.

Fictional demonstrations are available

The public reply, full-name table lookup and photo wall show the product with fictional wedding details. You can explore them without treating them as customer results.

Operational proof is still pending

The complete live-service rehearsal, phone and QR checks, live photo storage test and one-hour venue-style projector run remain outstanding. A working demonstration does not establish how the whole service performs at a wedding.

The first full event is planned

The family event is planned for September 2026. As of this review, no completed external customer wedding is claimed. Dated outcomes and remaining limitations will be added after they have been verified and cleared for publication.
