01 / The idea

Thoughtful before the wedding. Useful on the day.

The practical details should feel as considered as everything else. Yours, Dearest gives guests one familiar place to reply, choose their food and find what they need.

When the wedding begins, the same experience quietly changes with it. A table finder welcomes people in and the room creates its own live collection of photographs.

02 / See it working

The experience, as your guests will see it.

These are working previews of the product itself, using fictional names and details. Open each moment and use it exactly as a guest would.

A quick check before the big day

Can you definitely
celebrate with Alex & Lee?

Confirm your attendance first. If you are coming, we will then ask for every guest’s full name, meal and dietary requirements.

03 / What it brings together

Useful things, properly joined up.

Each part has a clear purpose. Together, they make the experience easier for the couple, their guests and the venue.

01

Replies that arrive ready to use.

Every full name, menu choice and dietary note reaches the same organised guest record, including the right choices for children.

02

A table plan that can still change.

Guests enter their name and the right table lights up. If the plan changes, the screen changes with it and nothing needs reprinting.

03

A photo wall made by the room.

Guests choose their photographs, check them before uploading and watch the newest moments join the projector during the celebration.

When the planning finishes

People begin.

By the time the music starts, the practical details should already feel settled. From there, the room gets to make the rest.

Art-directed product mood, not a customer wedding
A note from Lewis
“I started building this for my parents' wedding. The useful parts kept connecting until it became something I wanted other couples to have too.”

The first full version is being rehearsed for September 2026. There are no invented customer numbers and no suggestion that the testing is finished. Founding couples will receive personal setup and have a genuine say in what improves.

04 / Founding weddings

The first three weddings will help shape what comes next.

Founding couples receive the complete guest experience, personal setup and a full rehearsal before the day. In return, we ask for thoughtful, honest feedback.

05 / A conversation first

There is room to talk it through.

You do not need to know exactly what you want. Tell us a little about the day and we will reply personally. If a conversation would be more useful, we can arrange a relaxed call before you decide anything.

A short introduction

Tell us a little about the day.

We will read this personally and reply within two working days. A call is always optional.

What are you considering?
