Fictional wedding, working demonstration
Back to Yours, Dearest
Together with our families, we invite you to celebrate
Amelia&Luca
The Orangery at Ashcombe Gardens Near Bath, Somerset
Plan your visitA note from us
Come early. Stay late.
We have chosen a place where we can spend the whole day together, from a quiet ceremony in the Orangery to dancing after dark.
Everything worth knowing before you set off is here. Have a read, make a plan and then just bring yourselves.
With love, Amelia & Luca

Garden gates open at 12.45pm. The first drink can wait until after the ceremony. Probably.
One place. Four good reasons to stay.
Everything happens in and around the Orangery, so once you arrive there is nowhere else you need to be.
Ceremony
Take your seat in the Orangery from 1.10pm.
Drinks in the garden
Canapés, conversation and time to wander.
Dinner
We will gather back inside for dinner and speeches.
Dancing
The evening begins with a first dance, then the floor is yours.
Carriages
Please have your taxi booked. Cars can stay here overnight.
Dance-floor clause
Luca has promised Amelia he will be dancing by 8.15pm. You are all witnesses now.

The useful questions.
If we have missed something you need, please ask before the week of the wedding. We will be much better at answering then.
What should I wear?
Think smart, colourful and comfortable. We will spend time on gravel and lawn, so choose shoes that are happy there too.
Can children come?
If your invitation includes your little ones, they are very welcome. Their meal and place at the table will be ready for them.
Where should I stay?
Bath and the nearby villages have the widest choice. Booking a taxi at the same time as your room will make the journey home easier.
And gifts?
Having our favourite people in one place is the important bit. Please do not feel you need to bring anything else.
