This notice explains the limited information used by the Irish acquisition pilot. The website accepts non-binding enquiries only and does not complete bookings or take payment.
Private wedding guest data remains outside this marketing pilot. The private wedding product has separate access, analytics and retention boundaries.
Only what is needed for the conversation.
The enquiry form records the information you submit, the market and language version of the page you used, a coarse first-party source label, privacy acknowledgement and any separate marketing consent.
Operational security systems may process network information to prevent abuse, but the application does not turn your IP address into a stored marketing country.
Reply, operate securely, then delete non-customer enquiries after 12 months.
Enquiry information is processed to take the pre-contract steps you request. Optional news email relies on your separate consent. Proportionate security and delivery records rely on legitimate interests where those interests do not override your rights.
An enquiry that does not become a customer is scheduled for deletion within 12 months. Short-lived security counters expire automatically.

Vercel hosts the website and public analytics, Supabase stores enquiry data and Resend delivers email. Transfer documentation and whether an EU representative is required remain to be resolved before public commercial use.
You can ask for access, correction or deletion.
Where applicable, you can also request restriction or portability, object to processing and withdraw marketing consent at any time.
You can complain to an EU data-protection authority or the UK Information Commissioner. Enquiries are not decided solely by an automated system.
Practical questions.
Does the site automatically move me based on my country?
No. Market versions use explicit URLs. There is no automatic country or language prompt and no automatic redirect.
Is marketing consent required?
No. It is optional and separate from the information needed to answer your enquiry.
Is this notice complete for public commercial use?
Not yet. A formal service address, transfer documentation and the EU-representative decision remain open. The protected pilot takes no booking or payment.
